Hi, You didn't mention what OS you're using. The -a option to softlimit might not be applicable to your particular OS. Perhaps -m is better?
How much memory have you allocated to qscanq? I've never used it, so I'm not sure if it has its own memory requirements? It doesn't seem to, from the docs, but I haven't looked too deeply. Regards, Richard
