Had discovered this a while back... seems to have come up again. The documentation (man page) for clamav-milter says that the quarantine address is always whitelisted, but this appears to have been broken between 2006-03-18 (the last dev snapshot I was running) and 2006-05-15 (the current snapshot I'm running).
