I used to get the same messages, and would have to manually install the new
version as indicated in you e-mail.  Within the past year, the disto that I
am using has been updated to include the option to automatically install new
version.  The notification that I now get is:

The following updates were downloaded and installed:
  - clamav-es-0.88.1-es01.i386.rpm
  - clamav-es-libs-0.88.1-es01.i386.rpm

I am pretty sure that these rpms are specific to Mitel E-Smith SME Server,
Contribs SME Server or any fork of the project.
