I have clamav-milter running by itself, without --external clamd.

Avoiding the double socket communication which apparently would occur
when clamav-milter talks to --external clamd, seems good.

When using a single host for everything, is there any reason to prefer
--external clamd? I can't think of any, but I wondered if anyone else
knows of potential problems running clamav-milter by itself.
