OK. I see that the bug report page instructs people not to send reports from 3rd party software, that's good. Yes, sometimes the library introduces problems, but I haven't seen any that affect clamav for the last couple of years. For the Cygwin maintainer it would be very useful to have access to those reports, as it would be easy to open a bug report against the particular library version.
