That all depends on your time zone. EST in Australia may be different to EST somewhere else. Let's not get into a fight over this.

Sorry to reply to my own email, but I just noticed that the earlier poster is in a time zone a month ahead of the rest of us :-) I presume that 2/16 and 2/17 should have been 16th and 17th JANUARY. (I still don't understand why the Americans put the month in front of the day -- it makes no logical sense other than to be different from/than everyone else).
