In order to get ClamAV to generate shared libraries autoreconf must
be called however this always generates an invalid libtool file in
Mac OSX becuase for some unknown reason someone decided to add a
libtool.m4 template to acinclude.m4 which has to be removed to get it
to work properly.
Is the libtool.m4 template really required to be in acinclude.m4
since a libtool.m4 template specific to the installed OS is created
when libtool is installed???
