Impossible to say since I don't know what F-Secure's 57 variants covers.
Currently ClamAV has received 80 variants and signature Exploit.WMF.A
detects 78 of them.
Exploit.WMF.Gen-1 detects 79 variants
Exploit.WMF.Gen-2 detects a possible variant (Aldus Placeable)
Exploit.WMF.Gen-3 detects all 80 variants (at time of writing still not
published)
I'm still analyzing, so these generic signatures probably won't cover
every possible variant.
