No need to be. Building for yourself on a mainstream platform such as
RedHat
(even an out of date one such as 8.0) is painless and will take less time
than the search for an RPM will take you.

Just remember to check after you uninstall the rpm that all of the old
clam stuff was removed. I will usually copy the conf from the server and
check the new verses the old setting the settings from the old, so that
way I get the current conf (as it changes from time to time.) The
process of checking for old versions still hanging around has been
discussed may times on this list, a search of the archives should show
many results.
