There should also be some libraries, possibly in /usr/lib/*clam*, and
clamd.conf isn't listed and it seems like it should be in /etc/clamd.conf.
You are also missing clamd and it may be in /usr/sbin.

I don't use Linux but if I recall correctly, the rpm tool has a query
option that may let you discover where the contents of your package went.
