Unfortunately that didn't do it:

In fact, the only enabled options (not commented out) are:

LogFile /var/log/clamd.milter
PidFile /var/run/clamd.milter/clamd.pid
FixStaleSocket
User clamilt
ScanMail

Everything else in the file is commented out...
