Just a warning to others who are about to upgrade:
0.86.2 changes the clamav-milter default timeout from 0 to 5 minutes
(never mind the manpage, which still says it's 0). You can't specify a
timeout in --internal mode (default) and so I (and probably many others)
just let it default to 0. Now that the default is 300, you MUST specify
--timeout=0 for the internal scanning to work.
Otherwise, it seems to be working.
