When I try to specify multiple --exclude-dir clamscan only uses the last one.

clamscan --help says this:

    --exclude-dir=REGEX Don't scan directories matching

So, try something like this instead:

clamscan -r --exclude-dir='/root/clamtest/dir(1|2)'
