Did you (re-)install sendmail from source?
Yes. Sendmail is one of the things I always install from source.
For some reason, re-installing sendmail fixed the problem that seems to
have popped up between 0.85.1 and 0.86.
The problem was that your mfapi.h was not in sync with your version of
sendmail.
When you installed sendmail prior to your reinstallation yesterday, did
you remember to (re-)install libmilter?
I had assumed based on my reading that building sendmail with milter
functionality installed libmilter. That didn't happen with 8.13.3.
I went ahead and did a build and install in the libmilter folder as well
just in case this time.
