It is not surprised if clamav takes a few minutes to open such a file. I scanned a 400M file with clamav and it tooks 2 minutes and 6 sec with my not-so-fast PC. But if vscan-clamav stops after about 3 minutes without success and without giving any error message, it is a vscan-clamav bug (time out ?). Please contact the developpers of vscan-clamav.
