We use postfix andsetup a second postfix conf running on the same box ... The first postfix conf just receives mail and passes it to the other postfix conf...
The second postfix conf does; antivirus with clam, DNS blacklist lookups, white lists, black lists, etc. ... then passes the email on to the final MX.
