I downloaded daily.cvd from every UK mirror and the file is correct (as
expected):

$ md5sum daily.cvd.*
3f902d5ac8e59747f25ee1f7e39f9a0a  daily.cvd.1
3f902d5ac8e59747f25ee1f7e39f9a0a  daily.cvd.2
3f902d5ac8e59747f25ee1f7e39f9a0a  daily.cvd.3

Are you using some kind of (transparent?) proxy that may tamper 
the file?

Try to manually download daily.cvd and verify its integrity with 
sigtool -i
