It looks like you have messed up your configuration, something like adding to the crontab "freshclam --config-file=/usr/local/sbin/clamd" or adding to /etc/freshclam.conf "OnUpdateExecute /usr/local/sbin/clamd --config-file=/usr/local/sbin/clamd".
