I'm running ClamAV up front on my bastions and some other commerical scanners behind it - I have yet to see a single intercept on one of the commercial scanners due to a slip by ClamAV.
I get 60-100 messages per day which get past ClamAV but are picked up by another AV product. Nonetheless, ClamAV is a credit to the developers.
