A colleague just asked me if I'd seen any new variants of Sober as of today.
He has received a message that has the following subject "Wet girls" and no body and a file attachment called "jenifer.zip" but when I try to open the attachment via Mac OS X 10.4, it will return the following error: Unable to unarchive "jenifer[1].zip" into "Saved Attachments". (Error 1 - Operation not permitted.) He has just submitted it to the clamav virus submission form at clamav.net. Is it a new virus, or a new variant of Sober, or does it just look like a virus? If you want, I can forward you the attachment, but he forwarded it to me, so the original header info is not included in the copy I have.
