I am currently running ClamAV 0.83 with clamav-milter and just recently received an infected email with a zip attachment. Strange thing is that clamdscan does not detect the virus while clamscan does.
# clamdscan error-mail_info.zip /tmp/error-mail_info.zip: OK ----------- SCAN SUMMARY ----------- Infected files: 0 Time: 0.209 sec (0 m 0 s) # clamscan error-mail_info.zip error-mail_info.zip: Worm.Sober.P FOUND ----------- SCAN SUMMARY ----------- Known viruses: 34188 Scanned directories: 0 Scanned files: 1 Infected files: 1 Data scanned: 0.05 MB I/O buffer size: 131072 bytes Time: 1.986 sec (0 m 1 s) Any ideas/suggestions? Also, can anyone suggest a good set of flags to use on clamav-milter? Here is what I am currently using: MILTER_FLAGS="-H -C -e -l -n -N -o -P -m 10 -U /var/spool/virusmails" Thanks, --Pete __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
