I'm doing my best to improve mirror failure detection. I recently wrote a nagios plugin that should do the job just fine, but had no time to deploy it yet. For now I keep on using a small script(tm) without decent flap detection. Some of the mirrors in the continental round robins have started to periodically fail during the last week (it hadn't happened for a while). I replaced them with new ones, so the situation should improve. Please report any similar problems to luca -at- clamav -dot- net.
