Perhaps this is why it keeps coming up. An action based upon a flawed or inconsistent stance tends to do that. Why aren't we blocking Nigeria Scams? people have lots tens of thousands of dollars on that.


but whatever. discussing the relevance of this choice will be moot once the choice is offered to the user. so one will be able to choose whether to use clam ANTIVIRUS to detect non-VIRUS phishing scams if they want.
