Your sendmail.cf might contain S=unix:/var/clamav/clmilter.socket for 
your clamav filter so change it to S=local:/var/clamav/clmilter.socket.

I don't seem to have anything even remotely similar. I've sent the contents of the sendmail.cf file to you directly (I hope you don't mind - it seemed too long for the list).
