When I was in the same boat just last week, I did a cut/past of the
e-mail I was replying to, both the content and the subject... and sent
the e-mail. The web-based maillist linked my mail correctly... I was
surprised. I'm not sure if this is the way it should be done.. but it
worked. I don't know if the e-mail was broken in other threaded e-mail
viewers link thunderbirds or not.
