Subject: [Clamav-users] CLAMAV-MILTER: doesn't agree with sendmail.cf

Hi All,

I went through some posts about this problem but I don't think they
could help me...
I've installed clamav and clamav-milter on a fedora core 1 box using
the rpm (ver0.81-3).

Can anyone guide me on how to solve this issue please?

a little infos about my system:
- fedora core 1
- sendmail 8.12.10 w/milter support
- procmail in use
- spamassassin in use

error:
Starting clamav-milter: /usr/sbin/clamav-milter: socket-addr (local:/var/run/clamav/clamav-milter.sock) doesn't agree with sendmail.cf

Thanks in advance,
best regards

matia

I had to modify this line in my /etc/rc.d/init.d/clamav-milter file:

CLAMAV_FLAGS=' --external -lo /var/run/clamav/clmilter.sock'

Thomas
