He's talking about completing a cleaned delivery to the recipient, not back the 
originator. That, I think, is the job of the milter or what ever invokes the AV 
process on his system.

I'm talking about the possibility of notify to the recipient that there is a 
new mail but in its attachment the Clam has discovered a virus.
