I presume you don't have any kind of experience with Linux sysadmin whatsoever?
If so, Ensim webppliance (www.ensim.com) has integrated solution (sendmail+clamav+mailscanner+spamassassin).
Expensive, but easy to setup.
If you don't have the money for it, or you're an experienced sysadmin, try installing the packages
mentioned above manually. There sould be manuals on each package.
