The public table is just a static snapshot I took and anonymized before
publishing it as a sample for demonstration purposes.  The user's real
lists are not public, of course. :-)

That's how it works.  The user logs in using HTTP authentication, and the
Perl web application uses $ENV{REMOTE_USER} to look up the user's recent
rejections.
