The short answer to your question is no, not presently.  clamd is a virus
scanner not a mail filter.  With the exception of scanners which implement
a cleaning functionality, a scanners job is to scan not change things.  
In my opinion, it is is a violation of security policy for a "scanner" to
open a file for writing.
