Another change to the HAVE_POLL code in clamd/others.c has now been checked in to CVS:

I haven't yet tried this to see if this fixes the problem.
I'm now running 0.80rc4 and am still seeing the same problem. This change to others.c hasn't fixed the problem with Exim/exiscan.
Can anyone else confirm that this is still a problem with 0.80rc4?
Are the developers aware of this issue? Is there a fix pending?
