All, I am able to build thru RC2 without any problems. With RC3, there are issues, with RC4 there are others. Since RC3 is "old", I am only addressing issues with RC4. The resolv.h problem appeared in rc3/rc4 and the curl problem in rc4 only. The BZ2 issues appeared in rc4 as well. I built all versions with the same environment varables. no changes have occured on the system between all these builds. ( I went back and rebuilt from scratch all versions since 74.)
