[Clamav-users] Unable to open file or directory ERROR

I'm using qmail, qmail-scanner 1.23 and ClamAV 0.75.1 on CentOS 3.1 
(recompile of RHEL3.) Ocassionally, I get the "Unable to open file or 
directory ERROR" message in my clamd.log. Now I know this sounds like a 
permissions problem, but bear with me. This only happens sometimes, 
there are hundreds of other attachments being scanned by ClamAV without 
a problem. I have set "User qscand" in my clamav.conf, which is the user 
that qmail-scanner runs under. My softlimit for qmail is 50MB. I've 
checked that clamd is running and if I copy the DWG file to another 
location (matching permissions and su to qscand), clamdscan doesn't have 
a problem scanning the file. I've noticed similar behavior with OLE2 
scanning enabled, certain DOC files would cause the same error. Another 
user had the same problem

resolution. I've disabled OLE2 scanning for the moment. However, I have 
no idea why ClamAV wouldn't be able to scan the DWG file. Below is the 
permissions of the incoming message and attachment. I've also listed the 
lines from qmail-queue.log and clamd.log.
