You are using an old config file value.  If you had opted to install the
'maintainer's version' of the conffile, this would have been handled for
you automagically.  Since you didn't, you'll need to edit clamav.conf,
and change ThreadTimeout to ReadTimeout manually.

If there were other reasons why you chose not to use the new version
(i.e., you would have lost some custom setting) please file a bug report
- I try to handle all the special cases, including the ones not asked as
part of the debconf interaction.
