You didn't keep the post that you got from mailman when you subscribed? (which has your password in it)
Go to the list's info page:

(the URL is listed at the bottom of every e-mail and is in the headers of every e-mail of most mailman-managed mailing lists).
Once you're there, look for this toward the bottom:
To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, or unsubscribe from Clamav-users), enter your subscription email address:
Under that type in your e-mail address, then click Edit Options.
Then click "Email My Password To Me".
Unless I'm missing something, that should enable you to handle it yourself. You're getting list posts, so it shouldn't be a problem between sourceforge and your MX host or anything like that...
