(ie it dies and is restarted by clamdwatch which feeds the eicar sig to it every 60 seconds to make sure it's happy)
Sometimes it restarts every minute, and sometimes (four times so far today ) I see:

freshclam runs on 0,15,30,45.
I've gone back to 0.73 for now, but any hints or tips would be greatly apreciated.
