Hello,

For some time, I've been looking how to marry clamav with a web proxy.

As linking Squid to other proxies (Trend Micro?) was not a solution for me (why have two proxies?), Dansguardian didn't look good too, Viralator was a bit strange solution, and Apache + mod_clamav ate up my server's resouces bringing it to a halt - I wasn't happy with any of these mentioned solutions.

Today I found however something else: a proxy called Middleman (http://middle-man.sourceforge.net/), which is GPL-licensed, and seems to have clamav support!

Well, in CVS only, but looks promising (I didn't succeed in connecting it to clamd process yet, maybe someone did?).

Regards,

Tomasz Chmielewski
