This is happening pretty frequently, 2 or 3 times per day. I upgraded from .70 to .74 to see if it made any difference. It didn't.
Feel free to ask for more info. I'm open to suggestions.

I haven't been following this thread close so bare with me with my question. Did you just recently upgrade your kernel? If you did try moving the /lib/tls directory to some other location. I had a similar problem with a RedHat server about a week ago after I installed a new kernel.
