No it means that a message has been sent that does not confirm to the relavant
standards and clamAV has made a guess about what to do. It tends to get it
right, but this warning is here just in case.

I assume you mean crackers not hackers. The answer is quite the opposite and
you should be happy to see it, it means that clamAV has noted that someone has
 (possibly deliberately) sent a non RFC message to attempt to send a 
mail/virus
but that clamAV has still handled it.
