Have you followed the advice in clamav-milter/INSTALL covering what to try if this
message appears? If not, give it a go, if you have and you're still having problems let
me know and I'll see if I can help.

That is because you haven't givent the name of the socket for the clamav-milter<->clamd
connection. What do you have in /etc/sysconfig/clamav-milter?
