Hi All,
I get the following error in the qmail-scanner log file:
Mon, 31 May 2004 14:27:12 EST:8144: --output of clamdscan was:
/var/spool/qmailscan/tmp/mail1.blah.com12345776324798144: Can't access the file ERROR
I have tried the following to fix this:
1. Change the clamav.conf "User" to qscand
2. chmod 777 /var/spool/qmailscan/ -R
3. Running clamd as "root"
4. Re-installed clamav from source
5. Re-installed qmail-scanner from source
No matter what I do I still get the error!! Running Redhat 7.3, ClamAV 0.71 and Qmail-scanner 1.22. Qmail version is 1.03 of course, with the qmail-queue patch installed.
When I run clamdctl stat it shows that clamd and the clamd logger are running perfectly (it does NOT say up for 0 or 1 seconds repeatedly, which I have already seen).
Help!
Dom.
