I've been using ClamAV 0.65 for some time & last week upgraded our server (Mac OSX 10.3.4) to ClamAV to 0.71 Since that time, I noticed our twice daily update of the database has not been working & this morning had time to check why - upon doing 'freshclam' from a terminal, I got the message:
ERROR: Can't open mirror configuration file /usr/local/share/clamav/mirrors.txt !
The reason why was obvious - it was missing - fortunately,. I had that file from the backup & simply copied it back in place after which everything was working.
I guess I have 2 questions:
1 - Is mirrors.txt missing from the 0.71 tarball?
2 - Did I upgrade ClamAV incorrectly - I did a make / make install as I had done previously - is there some other upgrade procedure?
