It was the latest available from http://www.sosdg.org/clamav-win32/index.php
as of yesterday. Is there a better location to download from?

Thanks but this didn't work either. I reverted to 0.70 and it found the
virus, went back to 0.71 and it didn't find it again. I'll revert back to
0.70 for now and try again when 0.72 comes out or if I think of anything
new. The system that is having a problem is a fully patched Windows 2003
Standard system with a P4 3GHz HT cpu. I don't think it's a hyperthreaded
issue since 0.71 works on another HT cpu I have here (running Win XP Pro
however).

Thanks for the suggestions,
