To attempt to bring clamav's virus database up to date I tried to load the bin files located at http://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.security.virus.clamav.virusdb
??? This is just an archive of clamav-virusdb list.
A typical file at this location looks like 329-001.bin???
Now, how the $%$^&# do you load these things ?
You're not suppose to load anything from there. Just run freshclam
