Can I install ClamAV on the Window server and have it scanning inbound and outbound mails for the mail server on the old Pentium ?

If you use clamav-milter, the answer is yes.
If you use other "glues" (e.g. mail-scanner, amavis, etc.) that depends
on the glue.
Try man clamav-milter, then use

--server=HOSTNAME/ADDRESS

However, that would result in high amount of data transfer on your LAN
during message scanning. Other than that, I don't know anybody who
actually runs ClamAV on Windows (with cygwin, usually)
for mail scanning on PRODUCTION servers.

I would recommend formatting your Windows
Server and put Fedora on it :)
