That's qmail-scanner, a total different scanner.
Mailscanner (http://www.sng.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mailscanner) supports qmail since Version 4.27.7 (1/3/2004). So fairly new, and i only see a qmail-queue.zip and no documentation (yet).
