Jim is correct, however a minor clarification:

RPM is smart enough to figure out the install order for itself if
you list all the files on one line (or do rpm -ivh * in a directory
containing ONLY those RPMs you want to install.)  So, you don't
have to manually figure out the order of the dependencies.
