Thanks i had a look in my clam.log and i've got this line :
ERROR: Socket file /usr/local/sbin/clamd exists. Either remove it, or
configure a different one.
if i remove this file /usr/local/sbin/clamd and i try to launch again clamd
i've got this :
        clamd
bash: /usr/local/sbin/clamd: No such file or directory

so i don't understand, maybe i've to read again documentation but if you've
got the answer it's good for me...

You have set the socket to the place where the binary lives. This is not going to work. You should use something like /tmp/clamd instead. I think that is the default..
