I would ask not how many viruses you see per day, but what proportion of 
emails appear to be infected.

1-2 viruses per day is okay if you're handling <100 emails per day.

If your mail server is passing a few thousand emails, this is a suspiciously 
low rate of infection.

Do you have any form of A-V protection from an upstream ISP?
