the answer is no. There is no module that integrates clamav transparently with any type of firewall yet.
One of them is amavisd-new. But that would require users setting their SMTP address to your serverat http://www.clamav.net/3rdparty.html there are mentioned some "proxy" pieces of software for SMTP and POP.
instead of the real SMTP server, and changing DNS MX records for your domain. None of them
will work transparently with firewall.
